Duncan's unique ability is to identify investment opportunities and design portfolios to minimize risk. Duncan holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from McMaster University and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) , the most senior credential in Canadian wealth management. He has also attained the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation, the only current and complete portfolio management program with a Canadian focus. In 2007, he completed the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation, a graduate level program offered through the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and The Wharton School of Business, at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2010, he completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, the gold standard in financial planning. Most recently, Duncan completed the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) designation through the Investments & Wealth Institute and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
